Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on SponsorsMetrics, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms govern your use of all features, APIs, and reports generated by SponsorsMetrics.

2. The service

SponsorsMetrics provides analytics reporting tools for YouTube content creators. The platform retrieves data from the YouTube Analytics API on your behalf using OAuth permissions you explicitly grant, and generates shareable reports for your brand partners. We do not create, modify, or publish YouTube content on your behalf.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not share your account with third parties.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits are prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Use the platform to circumvent YouTube's Terms of Service or API usage policies.
  • Share report links to mislead sponsors with manipulated or false data.
  • Attempt to access other users' data, campaigns, or reports.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free plan: up to 3 active campaigns. No payment required.
  • Paid creator plan (Pro): billed monthly via Stripe. Prices shown at checkout.
  • Agency plan: billed monthly via Stripe in EUR. Includes 3 creator seats. Additional creator seats are billed separately at €15/month per seat.
  • All advertised prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is computed at checkout based on your billing country.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused time.
  • If payment fails, your account enters a grace period. Access is maintained during Stripe's automatic retry window. If retries are exhausted, your plan downgrades to Free.

6. Data and YouTube API

You grant SponsorsMetrics permission to access your YouTube channel analytics via the YouTube Analytics API solely for the purpose of generating your requested reports. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google account security settings or from the Channels page in SponsorsMetrics. Analytics data is stored in your account and used only to generate reports you explicitly trigger. We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual property

SponsorsMetrics owns all platform code, design, and branding. You retain full ownership of your YouTube content and analytics data. Report templates and the "Verified by SponsorsMetrics" badge may not be replicated outside the platform.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted or error-free access.
  • Accuracy of YouTube Analytics data (this is controlled by Google).
  • That reports will fulfill any contractual obligation you have with a sponsor.
  • Performance Score, deal-value estimates and benchmarks are derived from inputs you provide and from observable signals such as views, retention, watch time and audience composition. They are decision-support indicators only — not guarantees of revenue, ROI, sales, lead generation or any other commercial outcome. Underlying benchmarks may evolve over time as the dataset grows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SponsorsMetrics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or disputes with brand partners. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid subscription.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
