If SponsorsMetrics is not the right fit during your first 30 days on a paid plan, we'll refund the most recent payment in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first paid period on any plan (Pro, Brand, or Agency), whether billed monthly or annually.
What is covered
- The first paid month of a monthly subscription.
- The first annual payment if you started on an annual plan.
- The first paid month after upgrading from Free to a paid plan.
What is not covered
- Renewals after the first 30 days. Cancel from Settings → Billing before the renewal date to avoid charges.
- Agency extra creator seats charged after the initial subscription window.
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the platform.
How to request a refund
Email billing@sponsorsmetrics.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of the charge you want refunded. Include the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of the card used. We process refunds within 5 business days; the funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Effect on your account
Refunding a payment downgrades your account back to the Free plan at the time of refund. Existing campaigns and reports are preserved — you can upgrade again at any time without losing data.
